Placing Your Order

Orders are accepted online through our secure check out process with Authorize.net. Sands Point Shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards, PayPal and Amazon Pay or you may choose to pay by certified check or money order. All information provided to Sands Point Shop is only used to process your order, or to contact you with any problems there may be with your order. Order Change or Cancellation

If you'd like to cancel or change a Sands Point Shop order for any reason, please contact us at info@sandspointshop.com or 888-321-9477 as soon as possible. Be sure to include your Sands Point Shop order number when communicating with us. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

If your order has been shipped, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to Sands Point Shop according to our 30 day money back return policy.

Sands Point Shop reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.

Special Orders

Special product orders are accepted via telephone or email. Special orders are items not shown on SandsPointShop.com. Payment for special orders is due in full when the order is placed.

Sales Tax Application

Sales tax will be applied only to orders shipped to New York, as our boutique is located there. New York sales tax is calculated based on the county and/or city it is shipped to.

Order Tracking

Sands Point Shop uses USPS as our preferred shipping provider. You will receive an email notifying you of your package shipping date and tracking number. To check the shipping status of your order, Click Here. Or, follow the instructions at www.usps.com for tracking reporting. If you do not have your USPS tracking number, you may email or call our customer service department at 888-321-9477 and we will be happy to supply it to you.
