Placing Your Order

Orders are accepted online through our secure check out process through Authorize.net. Sandspointshop.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards, PayPal, or you may choose to pay by certified check or money order. All information provided to Sands Point Shop is only used to process your order, or to contact you with any problems there may be with your order. Please feel free to view our Privacy and Security Policies.

Order Change or Cancellation

If you'd like to cancel or change a Sands Point Shop order for any reason, please contact us at orders@sandspointshop.com or 888-321-9477 as soon as possible. Be sure to include your Sands Point Shop order number when communicating with us. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

If your order has been shipped, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to Sands Point Shop according to our 30 day money back return policy.

Sands Point Shop reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.

Sales Tax Application

Sales tax will be applied only to orders shipped to New York, as we have a boutique located there. New York sales tax is calculated based on the county and/or city it is shipped to.

Order Tracking

Sands Point Shop uses UPS as our preferred shipping provider. You will receive an email notifying you of your package shipping date and tracking number. Please follow the instructions at www.ups.com for tracking reporting. If you do not have your UPS tracking number, you may email or call our customer service department at 888-321-9477 and we will be happy to supply it to you.
