When will my order ship?
In stock orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. If you have selected upgraded shipping, orders placed before 12pm EST will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12pm will be shipped the next business day. In the event your order cannot be filled, you will be contacted immediately via email and/or phone. Orders will be shipped pending credit approval. Sands Point Shop will not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped.

Will you share or sell my personal information?
SandsPointShop.com will never share or sell personal information (including credit card, billing information, email addresses, etc.) to anyone, ever. We are serious about protecting our customers' personal information. You can always browse our web site without providing any personal information.

While doing business with you, we may have to gather certain information, such as your name, home address and email address. We will not sell, rent, trade or give away individual, personally identifiable information entered on this site to any third party. We collect such information so that we can process orders, personalize your shopping experience, or send you the latest product and sales promotion material. If you do not wish to receive further material from Sands Point Shop, you can simply respond to our e-mail or otherwise tell us that you do not want to receive future communications.

How do I make a return?

How do I cancel/change my order?
If you'd like to cancel or change a Sands Point Shop order for any reason, please contact us at info@sandspointshop.com or 888-321-9477 as soon as possible. Be sure to include your Sands Point Shop order number when communicating with us. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

If your order has been shipped, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to Sands Point Shop according to our 30 day money back return policy.

Why am I being charged sales tax?
Sales tax will be applied only to orders shipped to New York, as our boutique is located here. New York sales tax is calculated based on the county and/or city it is shipped to.

Is there a charge for shipping?
Sands Point Shop prides itself on its shipping policy. We offer free shipping on any order via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii! Prefer UPS? No problem. We only charge $3.95 to upgrade. Need it sooner? We are happy to upgrade your shipping. Please visit our Shipping Fees & Policies page for details.

Can I order products that are not listed on your site?
Absolutely! SandsPointShop.com is an authorized retailer of every brand that we list on our site. For this reason, if there is an item made by one of the brands on our site, but we do not have that particular item listed, we can most definitely meet your request. Our customer service representatives are here to help! Just give us a call at 888-321-9477 or email us at info@sandspointshop.com if you can't find what you are looking for.

Are your products authentic?
Sands Point Shop is an authorized retailer of every brand we offer in our store. When you shop with us, you are guaranteed authentic, brand new merchandise, direct from the manufacturer with any and all appropriate paperwork.

Do you offer gift cards?
Sands Point Shop does offer gift cards, which are available for purchase online or in-store. You can purchase a gift card by clicking on the eGift Card product page and filling out the required fields. Gift cards can be easily redeemed at SandsPointShop.com or in our store. Cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

How long will it take to process my refund?
Returns and exchanges are processed within 5 business days of receipt of the merchandise. If an exchange is made and there is a negative difference in price between the original and new item, the credit card that we have on file will be credited accordingly. Please allow up to 10 business days for your credit to be posted. If additional money is owed on an exchange, we will need a credit card number provided to us. You may either write it on the appropriate field in our return form, or we can call you to get your credit card number. Due to security purposes, we are not able to debit your credit card from your original purchase.

Do the Longchamp bags go on sale?
Longchamp bags only go on sale twice a year to clearance out older colors to make room for either the Fall or Spring Collections. These sales usually take place during January and June. If you would like information from us regarding the sale, please join our Mailing List. We also have a sale page of discontinued Longchamp styles marked down 20% - 40% located on our site. Other than that, as an authorized retailer, we are unable to discount Longchamp.

How do I care for Longchamp bags?
For your convenience, we have posted a Material & Care page on our site. This is the suggested care instructions from Longchamp for their bags.

We would also like to add that as lovers of the brand we sell, our sales associates have found it easy to "spot treat" our own Longchamp Le Pliage bags with baby wipes. We have even washed them in the washing machine on the most delicate cycle with un-dyed detergent and hung them to dry.

How do I get my Longchamp bag repaired?
Sands Point Shop is proud to stand behind everything we sell. If you purchased your Longchamp bag from Sands Point Shop and it is in need of repair, kindly contact our customer service department at 888-321-9477 or email us at info@sandspointshop.com for instructions as to how to go about getting your item repaired.
